• A caller reported hearing about five gunshots near Butte Park on Northwest Seventh Street.

• A window was broken and several computers were stolen from a business on West Orchard Avenue.

• Someone reported homeless people were sleeping in a white sport utility vehicle, going through a dumpster and urinating outside on East Ridgeway Avenue.

• A caller reported he was going to electrocute someone if they didn’t stop trespassing on his property on East Newport Avenue.

• A caller reported hearing gunshots and people screaming on North First Street.

• A woman reported her grandson keeps breaking into her residence on Eighth Street in Umatilla.

• A man was reportedly hitting a woman on E Street in Umatilla.

• A caller reported three men were outside a residence on Northwest Seventh Street with weapons, but officers determined the report was unfounded.

• Illegal dumping was reported on Northwest Geer Road south of Theater Lane.

• A caller reported a black and white dog attacked her dog and knocked her down on Northeast Third Street.

• Two pit bulls or Rottweilers reportedly attacked a neighbor’s dog on Alora Drive.

• A man was reportedly watching children for several days at an apartment complex on West Sunland Avenue.

• Items were reportedly stolen from a residence on West Orchard Avenue after a fire.

• Juveniles were reportedly entering a vacant apartment and throwing rocks at a building and windows on West Madrona Avenue.

• A man reported he was leveling property near East Theater Lane and Northeast Alora Drive and encountered several transients, one of whom said there were several marijuana plants in the field. The man said he was concerned because two white trucks parked on Theater Lane and were watching the excavator.

• A caller reported a rattlesnake was in her yard on East Newport Avenue.

• A caller reported hearing a single gunshot on Northeast 10th Street.

• A caller reported possible mail theft on Prindle Loop Road.

• A caller reported observing a theft from a neighbor’s marijuana grow on South Main Street in Stanfield.

•A caller at 8:45 a.m. at Highway 395 and East Feedville Road, Hermiston, reported seeing a male driver in a blue Dodge Neon strike a female passenger and slam her head into the dash board.

•An Irrigon woman at 12:23 p.m. reported a pack of dogs keeps coming onto her property at Pleasant View Road to get at her goats. She said there were dogs the other day and now there are more.

•A male at 12:29 p.m. in Irrigon told the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office his roommates were getting hostile because he wanted them to move out, and they wanted their money back. A sheriff’s deputy responded, and the parties agreed to separate for the rest of the day and talk it out later.

•A Umatilla woman at 7:01 p.m. told police there was a burglary in progress at their home on Bridgeport Avenue and her husband was inside the residence armed with a hand gun. Police responded and indicated the situation was under control.

•A woman at 9:04 p.m. asked law enforcement to contact her after she told a security guard at Hermiston Super Oval on Highway 395 north of Hermiston that she had permission to live in a trailer there only to return later to find a lock on the trailer door.

•Oregon State Police arrested Sally A. Ramirez Littlelight, 45, no address provided, for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
